  The staff that work there are great. And are very down to earth and very friendly. And Alan Sheppard is a great down to earth man. I would recommend Alan's pawn to any one. Alan Sheppard the owner does a great job with personal relations. Once you meet him you will see what a great guy he is. One of the nicest people working at the tunnel road store her name is Brittany is a very nice person. And always smiles. As a matter of fact all the employees that works there and great people.

  Went to Alan's for a camera. Found a better deal then EBAY saved about $50 and got accessories to boot that saved me about $60. My daughter ended up buying a smart watch that looked brand new and she saved close to $150!!! We had great customer service and everyone was supper nice. The guy behind the counter even set up the watch for my daughter and synced it to her phone. It doesn't get any better than that folks. I am a little shocked at the negative reviews because we had great service. Alan's will be our first stop from now on. Thanks guys (and gal) for a great experience.
