  My interactions started friendly and professional with this business. I ordered almost $1500 of alcohol from them for a wedding. I met all their deadlines both with my order and financially. Three days before the wedding, I was called and told one of my kegs was not available and I had to pick another one in 5 minutes to meet a deadline. I picked another beer I liked less but was still somewhat familiar with. The day before the wedding, I was emailed again and told that my second beer choice was not available so Asheville Beverage just picked a beer for me, one I was completely unfamiliar with. When I asked for compensation in the form of some money back for this complete last minute change and inconvenience, I was told that Asheville Beverage policy was "beer and prices are subject to change." When Asheville Beverage delivered the alcohol the next day, they were an hour and a half late!! Lastly, the beer they choose was not tasty at all. At a wedding of 200 people, the keg was almost full the next day. This is completely unprofessional business practice. Myself nor the 200 guest in and around Asheville will be ordering from this company again. There are plenty of other options! Choose another!
