  Went here to buy a 2 box springs and a bed frame manager said they couldn't sell a floor model butt they sold me a floor model 60in flat screen tv now that dont make sence i will never buy anything from this store again

  The management truly is inept. Mr. Rideout should not be in the position. Went in with my 83 year old mother to buy a bed that we had looked at a few days earlier. Was told by salesman that the item had gone off sale the previous day. Unwilling to even consider honoring the price the other salesperson quoted. Unresponsive customer service. Will follow up with corporate office.
