  I regularly stop at this station to put air in my car tires, as the machine is easy to use and inflates the tires to whatever pressure is entered. Today when I stopped to fill my tires, the machine completely deflated the first tire I tried to fill, leaving me with a flat and unable to go anywhere. I went inside and spoke with the manager on duty. She couldn't have cared less that the air machine wasn't working, said it wasn't their problem, and went about doing her inventory. When I suggested she place an out-of-order sign on the machine, she completely ignored me. I called the phone number on the air machine, which is operated independently, and the representative was very kind and helpful. I then called BP customer service to let them know about the store management and how rudely I had been treated, and they filed a complaint. Come on, folks. At least be nice and pretend to give a damn.
