  My sister was visiting from California and she frequents Charming Charlie's in her home town. She wanted to go into this one to pick up some things and browse a little bit. We walked in about 10 minutes before the store closed. She picked up three or four shirts, some jewelry and some other things to buy for her daughters. At 3 minutes past 9, my sister asked the clerk if they were closed. The clerk responded, "Yes, if you could wrap it up, we'd like to get out of here." Wow, someone must be new to the customer service industry. At the Charming Charlie's where she regularly shops, they will let her stay for a few minutes beyond closing while they sweep the floor and things like that. Since this location didn't want the business, she returned the merchandise to the racks and left with nothing. I really wish I had gotten the clerk's name but, there's really no reason to go back to this location every again.
