I'm not sure if the lady at the counter is new but I stopped in and prepaid my gas as normal using my card, It didn't use it all so when I went to have the remainder put onto my card, she said she couldn't do it and instructed me to call corporate. Called corporate and they helped me. I give 5 stars to them for helping me but I think they need to train their employees better at this store. So I give this store 2 stars
