  The worst ever!! I will not return to this location. Brought my ring in to get cleaned and inspected, the associate that initially greeted me made me feel as if I was interrupting his day. He took my ring in a haste said it does not have to be inspected , then proceeded to the cleaning booth and wiped it off with a cloth. I could have done that at home!!

  Anytime we visit the Kay Jewelers store in the Asheville Mall, Thomas has always been there to greet us. He has given us exceptional customer service and helped us choose the perfect pieces to celebrate our love and marriage. After being overseas for two years, we came back to his bubbly personality and he didn't miss a beat.
