  I purchased two heaters for over 400$ over 4 months ago. They where to be shipped to me because they didn't have them in stock. I have never received THEM sent multiple emails called come in store. And no one will fix this. I will never buy from Lowe's again. Out 400$ for nothing.

  If I could give the woman that works and flooring a review, it would have been NO stars, but that's not possible either. I own a business and I am at home depot almost as much as I am at home. I needed to stop by Lowe's because it was closer and they were closing in 20 minutes. I always go to the paint section because I like to see if they have any "oops" paint That is marked down and is a color that I may be using on an upcoming project. They had some goof off paint remover on the clearance rack but there was no price. I ask a woman that was standing there if she knew what the sale price was. Rather than answering my question or even trying to find out she looks at me as if I just murdered her cat and says "no we are closing". In an extremely Stern voice and with a stremely terrible attitude. To which I replied " I didn't ask if you were closing, I asked if you knew the sale price, besides you're not closing for 20 minutes. If I didn't really need what I came here for, I would put it down and never step foot back in this store. Or any Lowes for that matter"... I walked away and went to find something for my Dremel. I was approached by the manager, his name was Caleb. He was extremely nice and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I said yes the only thing that I need help with right now is to never have to deal with someone as rude as the woman in the paint section. He said that she was no even supppsed to be in paint, as she is the flooring associate. He apologized for her behavior and promised that's not how they operate. Also, that it would be handled. So while I really appreciate Caleb taking the time to ask me if there was anything he could help me . The way that she spoke to me and the way that she looked at me made me so angry that I'm glad I was not my 16 year old self...... I might have punched her. Then when I go to the checkout line the older lady that was working the register acted as if I were an inconvenience as well. There is normally a really nice girl that works the register and I love her to death. But women like the flooring associate and the cashier that were there tonight are the people that ruin shopping experiences for consumers.
