  Some of the staff, especially the older men in produce and two of the older women in the deli could be friendlier. To be honest, I can think of about five people at this store that should never work in customer service. A lot of the young kids at the front registers are very friendly and helpful. Compared to other Publix I have been to, this one needs some work on teaching some of the older employees to be friendlier and provide better customer service or just hiring better people. They never want to do anything for you. Never want to check for stock in the back even though when you finally argue with them and get them to, they usually find the item you were asking for. The meat counter acts like they never want to work or break a package down or custom cut anything for you.

  Shopping IS NOT a pleasure at this store. Prices are higher than our local grocers, the deli employees either ignore you or act like they are doing you a favor by helping you and complaining to management is worthless. I did fine before Publix opened and I'm doing fine not shopping there now.
