  Pushy sales person, who did not really know what she was talking about; came to deliver the bed and they DID NOT have the brackets needed to attach to my headboard. We discussed this twice before delivery. When trying to call to see if they had them, would order them, cannot get an answer. In fact, they hardly will answer the phone. Totally, no Customer Service. So now, we cannot sleep in the bed til they attach it to the headboard, as when you try to adjust it, the headboard prevents movement, as it is just leaning against the wall. It is too heavy to move. I would advise looking somewhere else. I have made four calls, and no one will call back. I plan on going to the store.
