I have been with sprint for over 30 years now, I don't stay because I'm happy, I just think all the other providers will be the same, so why leave. It would be nice if I could be rewarded for my 30+ years of service...not so much. But locally I came in with a problem, there were of course bumps along the road but Dakota and Ashley were very helpful in resolving my problem.
