She didn't want to do anything to help myself and husband pick out new phones. Didn't want to explain how any of the phones work. Then we wanted to pay our bill while we were there getting No help from her. She immediately got a attitude like we were asking her to do too much .... Needless to to say we left. Ended up at the Patton Ave. Store where we were greeted immediately and got excellent customer service from Rob. He was very nice and helpful .Showed us everything we needed to know and made sure we were happy when we left. I do not recommend the bleachery Blvd. Location. But highly recommend Rob on Patton ave.
