  Not a great store product-wise compared to other Urbans. Additionally, I encountered bad customer service. I was a patron and asked someone working in the unstairs fitting room if there was a bathroom. Before I could even fisish asking the question, she said “No” without even making eye contact with me. I know it wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely was not a way to encourage me to shop there again. We’ve all been annoyed at work before, but that’s not the way to act to a paying customer.
